At Alevon India Private Limited, all products are sold under a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Refund requests
- Order cancellations
- Exchanges
This policy applies to all products including but not limited to FPV drones, UAV systems, electronic components, accessories, and custom-built products.
Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, compatibility, and requirements before placing an order. By completing a purchase on alevonlabs.com, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return and No Refund Policy.
In exceptional cases such as:
- Incorrect product shipped by the Company, or
- Product received in physically damaged condition due to transit (with proper unboxing video proof)
The Company may, at its sole discretion, review the case and determine appropriate resolution. Such review does not guarantee refund or replacement.
